Miles training labelisa

*Miles would land near the entrance then walk inside to the core of the caverns where a large echoing cavern would be the area this would provide a challenge to focus because of the echo's*

William walked into the area and waited for lisa to come in

labelisa flouted in

*Miles would face labelisa* "where do you wish to train first in? physical, agility or mental?"

William sat back and watched. He stared at Lisa the whole time. He liked her. For now he would only respond to when needed

labelisa though for a moment "lets start with mental" she said now standing insted of flouting, her wings getting tired

"alright is there any manifestation skills you require to focus on to keep form?"

labelisa blinked "ummmm....what?" she asked tilting her head

"like this watch" *Miles would use his osmosis skin willing it to make it shape a small dagger then reliquify back into his osmosis skin* "but not exactly like mine something that requires you willing it to be to be"

"oh alright" she said slightly understanding

"do you have any at all?" *Miles would ask again*

"i dont think so" she said sitting down

"then it's best you specialize and dont worry about mental, what about agility?"

(i feel so stupid right now, i have now clue what half of the words yoru saying mean)

(dont worry, agility is how well you dodge attacks and mental is lets say you have an ability like telekenises (able to move things with mind) mental is to focus on using that skill like how miles needs to focus to shape his shapeshifting skin)

"i'd say my agility is pretty, i can fly up to 90 mph and turn on a time while doing it" she smield

"lets test that your test is to dodge my tar shots while flying and don't worry my tar shots will do no harm. only simply splat onto you as if i threw a slush ball at you" *Miles would stay at the ready*

labelisa pushed her self off the ground and grined "im ready"

*Miles would sling two rapid shots at her one at her leg and another at her gut taking it easy at first*

labelisa flew back and around them, doing a turn as she doged them and faced him

William continued to watch. He wondered if she would try the Saizen blast or his heated energy shots he tought her in this training.

*Miles would step it up and lunge a barrage of 5 at her now 2 aimed for her arms 1 for her face and the ther 3 for her gut*

labelisa focused quickly as her arms glowed with a white aura, her moved them quickly forming a sheld, the tar just hitting it and falling down, she had done all this by instinct(sp?). labelisa blinked "i didnt even know i could do that" she grined proudly

*the tar shots just before hitting the shield would split off a bit that would curve around the shield looping around to hit her back all at once* (in short using his tar manipulation in combination with air manipulation he made the tar split and had the tar that split off and loop around behind you and behind the shield)
