the General vs Tocyts. No one but Tocyts

last I looked this was your ability list so this is what I go by: (i checked may 6th 2010)

The basses of all energy is broken down in to Two things kinetic and potential energy.

Tocyts has a sphere like dome all around him at all times that allows him to manipulate any and all kentic and potential energy that and person or object has.

Kinetic- Once inside my dome which covers a 150 foot radius and object of my knowing kentic energy is controlled by be. because energy is never lost if i took away most of your kinetic energy(i cant take away all while your in motion ...read a physics book to understand why) that energy is transformed into potenial energy which is stored in my self. I then can transfer that kinetic energy to any place inside my dome.

potential- i can only control the potential energy of in animate objects. if it has no potenial energy it doesnt move unless acted upon

Toctys happens to be wandering by and notice a man standing. He didnt look important enough but his kinetic energy readings where coming off this mans leg. Toctys could tell that this mans legs at least weren't made from organic matter. he ready himself just in case the man would try something.

"Are you tocyts, manipulator of Kinetic and potential energies" the General said/

yes?!* toctys was surprised that this man knew who he was. Who is this ugly being before him. Surely he was un worthy to talk to him* Who are you?

the General would swipe his hand overtop his body and his clothing would change to that of a 18th century Canadian rifle rangers uniform. There was only two thing that made this one different from the Canadian uniform of the past. This one had no canadian logos on it and instead had two E.A.S.T. like Kiez symbols (I will design and submit to Ezekiel later as well as the uniform.)

Pulling off the hat the General would toss it down and speak.

"I am the General, Master Guardian, Sentinel of the Shrewish nation of Kiez" he would say as he stood there.

At this very moment his prototype Kinetic and Potential Energy Defense Matrixes were beginning to activate. As soon as this was complete he would merge two of his Quantum computer's together allow his brain waves and systems to function of a system so complex it Oscillated at rates unimaginable to a human or any computer that was not a Quantum computer. He would then Summon forth his Wing's of Light thus adding another Quantum computer to his already expansive slot of now 3.

As he initiated his link with the 4th Quantum computer his ?Mind Jammer would activate nullifying all forms of non energy or physical waves that would target his technologies. This cancelled out things such as Telepathy, Anything that would send data waves to shut his technology down, Technology stopping waves in general, Sine waves and other means of stuff that would try and penetrate into his ever growing and ocsillating Quad Quantum mind.

As all this finished in a mere 0.1 seconds (which is hardly any time to process stuff for a computer. And think this Quantum computer is from 550 years into the future) His Wing's of Light would expand and his eyes would fade from Brown and begin glowing gold with yellow streaks running through them.

Only thee physical stuff would be noticeable to Toctys such as the wings appearing and the eye colour change. All the other stuff was invisible or made of data and was impossible to see or detect.

Fuck this *toctys looked at this man. he lifted his hands and snapped his fingers and the area the general stood in would explode. Toctys gather the energy from all the grass around him wing and all things that moved around the area. he concentrated the energy and reasled it rapidly creating an explosion. Toctys power was already increased due to gigs orb. The energy from the explosion toctys collect again. his sensory levels where extremely high and he was un phase by all of this. the generals link to the jammers placed on the himself where no worries because computers communicate using sin and cosine waves. its the most basic code even under binary. so those links to the jammers where now under Toctys control((even though i think its a lil bull u didnt rp for it)) The generals wings of light produced energy and toctys stood there and collected as much as he could *

"You have failed to realize that I am not a machine, I am Human Construct in every way" the General said as the explosion that occurred would be nullified by his two layers of energy jammers in tune with his Wing's of Light's warping feild.


"I am a Construct. A Human built from artificial cells. We live just as a normal human but can regenerate nerve tissue giving us the image of immortality. I have Automites that further aid this. These automites are built from protein atoms and are the basic foundations of all the technology on my body and grafted to my body. The only thing that you could possibly control of mine are the Legs in which I shall eject" He said as his legs would quantize from his body and aim to appear beside Tocyts and explode as soon as he would try and control then using Sine waves.

Since the General two had the power to control and manipulate the Kinetic energies in the air he would simply use this to his advantage and cause the area around him within 1 inch of himself to be unaffected by Toctys control. This was all the control he had for he had not had too much practice since the day he learned it from Kazujin. Sin and Cos waves wouldn't harm him because the General Lightwave energy that controlled his technological parts was oscillating at frequencies greater than that the ones Tocyts could create. (the speed of light actually.)

the General would suddenly slipstream vanishing from the area. Far off 1 kilometer away well outside the range of Tocyts 150 meter radius kinetic field 8 bits would appear and line up to form a patter resembling an octagon. These bits in this formation would call in attacks from the Faith of Heart.

its called the Quantum theory. Hense why the General has Quantum Computers. and his Tachyons stop him from being ripped apart.

the General being a Construct does not breath he merely breaths in nothing, its just to make him seem more human than he is.

the General also being a construct does not age as as i said above. thats how he is 575 years old. Trust me. the general is the Quantum theory. I wouldn't know it if it wasnt for him.

the Energy jammers jam ENERGY, the Faraday shield stops all forms of electromegnetic energies. the ifeild stops physical the mind jammer stop anything trying to attack his mind and nervous system and the barrier the wings creates reduces all forms of attack in half so his other sheild have an easier time)

lulz all toctys does is manipulate things already present he doesn't create energy attacks or anything he uses whats around him. Your technolgy uses waves i just proved that to you i just manipulate how they work similar to how water runs threw a pipe. i control the pipe and manipulatethe water . im medium for others energy get it

(Thats okay. once the General slip stream you loose control and then he can appear in split seconds and strike. even if I can't use the wings he can still use all his other stuff. it just means i wont be as fast and will have to try a bit harder)
