Thalia is the result of a inbreed. Its would seem she would be a cast away then, and she is. It happened when a Celestial, one of the heavens above came down and met a man, who was her father. This man turned out to be a ninja, although not known as well as others. They fell in love, and as it usually happens when two fall in love, well, I came along....

After giving birth to me, my mother, the Celestial was forced to return to the heavens, leaving my father to raise and train me in whatever he could. He trained me with basic ninja skills. He also revealed that I had inherited some kind of bloodline trait from him, but he was rather vague on details with that, and thus I never learned if from him.

It came to pass on my eighteenth birthday that I was out wandering about in the morning, my father should have been coming home from a mission at the time. After spending some time in the wild, I returned home to find a part of the ninja task force police at my front door. Upon questioning them of what they were doing, I came to find out that my father had been killed by a rogue of whom he was pursuing on his mission. His body had been mostly mutilated, and the only thing found on his corpse was a letter addressed to his daughter, his last farewell, as it were.

The Police left, as I sat in the house in shock, the letter laying on the table in front of me, unopened. I sat there for what felt like eternity, although it was only till night fell that I came to open the letter.

Dear Thalia,

I'm writing this on the assumption that all will not fair well in the upcoming mission, and upon my death that you will be better informed of who you really are, and what you carry.

It is not my wish to leave you as you are, but under the circumstances, it is only fair to say that I haven't been the best parent. What follows is the clues to what I had never truly mastered and what you have the ability to accomplish.

I have spoken before of a certain bloodline trait, a Kekkei Gankai, in which you have inherited from me. I have only kept this from you because of the uncertainty of you keeping it secret. If the village knew of this trait, we would both have been exterminated because of the villages hate of Kekkei Gankai. It is the only reason that our training hadn't extended that far.

The trait that you have inherited is known as Rinsei, which is the power of a clan which called themselves 'Druids'. The power that you have inherited is largely unknown because of the said suppression, but I believe that with your talent, you can discover its secrets.

It is with this power that you have come to know more elemental chakra's than is possible with normal shinobi. There is something else that you should know as well. It concerns your mother, whom you never knew, yet she has always watched out for you. It may sound crazy, but you have to trust me.

Your mother was a Celestial, a race known only to live among the heavenly bodies and the stars. It is through this that you have also inherited a certain energy in which will enable you to gain power from these heavenly bodies. The details of this I am not certain of, but with time and training, I'm sure that you will discover these secrets as well.

I hope that you will not think less of me because of my death, as untimely as it was. However, know this, that I love you, as I have always loved you. Remember that your mother will always be watching you and guiding you from the heavens, wherever you may go.

However, this letter also comes with a warning. As soon as you have read this letter, you must flee. Upon autopsy of my body, the village will learn of our bloodline trait, and upon learning this, they will come for you. I have included instructions in this letter that leads to another civilization quite far from here that will house you. Although I haven't been there in some time, I know they will welcome any stranger in.

Please take care, my darling, and take to heart the things that I have said.

After reading the letter, I had more questions buzzing in my head than I could keep track of. However, I had a mission now. I had to get out, and I had to do it now. I quickly packed my things that night, and crept out of the village. I was certain they would mark me as a missing-nin, and I was correct. Ninja Hunters came for me, but I quickly slew them with the fury of knowing my father was gone, and that my mother was watching me from somewhere above.

It came to pass that on one of these journeys, I came across a hero of our village, one I was certain to die in the hands of. After a hard battle, I was struck down, bloody, and helpless. The shinobi was about to deliver the final death blow, when a large aura of golden energy encompassed me, as the earth began to shake. As this happened, the man was suddenly swallowed up into the earth, and killed. The energy would then fade, as I fell unconscious.

That encounter, and many following, only in graded in me more that my mother was watching out for me. After a long draining travel, I came close to my goal of the nation which my father had given me directions to. I just hoped that they were going to take me in.....
