Minor and Major Techs

Mitsuru has some talent with the guitar, and has a remarkable memory. Often, he can play by ear as well... Of course, that wouldn't get him anywhere in a fight though.

Quite adept with guns, he never seems able to afford the ammunition for them, and therefore never really uses them. Hidden in numerous places are an assortment of blades (some poisoned), throwing stars, darts and even a crossbow, sometimes. But, yet again, Mitsuru usually runs into the same problem; bolts cost money... After leaving home, Mitsuru doesn't have money. Simple? Understandable? Alright, moving on...

Covering his shins seems to be a leather half-chap with multiple different symbols and such etched into it. These glow a sort of neon green as Mitsuru activates them. An electrical charge laces the material, effectively becoming a weapon in itself. Any kicks delivered while the chaps are activated will deliver quite a shock. Sometimes even enough to paralyze someone. This charge can be transfered to most anything, and can remain constant until destroyed, or Mitsuru runs out of energy.

Not quite refined in energy techniques, Mitsuru usually prefers to lie in wait and use the element of surprise to his advantage. He isn't terribly strong, but can use the electricity in the chaps to propel himself in any direction in literally the blink of an eye. Though it still uses a lot of energy, Mitsuru can effectively step at half light speed, at the moment. He hopes to train until he can get to light speed, of course.
