Oh and another thing, almost everything uses kinetic energy, INCLUDING hand to hand combat. So if you can't muster up any kinetic energy, then you can't even throw a punch, since you use kinetic energy to do so...)

As Erik finished getting to his feet he would notice energy fire coming his way. With no time to react to this he would attempt to shield himself with his Duranium built Miller Warhammer.

"I guess this is the end, stranger" He would say as his body and clothing was torn and burt but somehow he was still able to stand.

Unknown chuckled under his breath. Slamming his hand into the ground his third eye would fuse with the ground giving the boulders which Erik dodged earlier and give them potential and kinetic energy allowing them to leviate with telekinesis and tossing them with a bit of distortional energy and combine the molten rock to envelope around Erik quickly and unexpectably. "I don't think you remember who I am do you? I'll give you a hint...back in the forest where your little slave was battling BlackBlade, you were attacking someone to kill him in my eyes, and mind reading lessons of telepathy seemed to work within my favor of know who you are and what you did..." Unknown began to take one step forward and instantly flashstepped instantly in front of Erik. Unknown felt victorious for if Erik attempted to escape Unknown would purge a quick stabbing punch with high force since he can focus chakra throughout his body. "Is this the power you spoken of when you talked to me? I'm sadly uninterested within your power you showed me...I expected more from a former E.A.S.T leader....ah yes you wonder why I know of this no? Well I did battle the General before and I'm pretty damn well sure you know him...since you totally fully against him well In my eyes...you're like an Antagonist, a villian, and frankly those don't fly within my world...." Unknown bent down a bit and curled his fingers underneath Erik's chin lifting it a bit for his head to stare at Unknown which stared at Erik with a deadly smile. "How do you plead?"

One shadowy figure captured Unknown's eyes quickly. It was someone he known. "Really? I would've never have known....let's go a couple days ahead now..." Others would appear with the same figure it seemed like a meeting. Unknown would allow his third hidden eye to take scan pictures of these people in a mental image. Quickly scanning through memories again quick flashes of a man talking to Erik about the General didn't seem more important than what he found. As Unknown would reappear outside of the mind and Unknown's focus cut thus returning to normal. His eye's were with curiosity and doubt about trusting this man walking around. "So....you know a few rouges do you? And live to tell the tale? Crazy since I known their kind to not leave outsiders without dying....Tell me now..."

Unknown would instantly feel a disruption of something that Erik is hiding, does it involve that man that Unknown saw yet didn't pay too much attention to? Maybe, Unknown doesn't like to interrogate to long and wanted to finish what he should have moments ago... "I just have two more questions...when I saw your memories, I jumped into your clones memories....at a particular meeting with these people....Shen...Gig....Akazuki Law, and others from other villages...care to explain why you were with what you would say...an enemy of yours if it was just recent? And my finally question....your attacks on several villages...." The rock that surrounded Erik seemed to vibrate quickly but would not be felt. The vibrations with the rock and the friction with Erik would quickly cause heat to be made between the two, it was Unknown's torturous ways to find out information. "If you try to sway from answering these questions or even disallowing me to see anything else...well let's just hope you answer these questions..."

Yet before Unknown could destroy his body of the precious things that Unknown was quite interested in he would reform the molten rock around Erik's arm's half way to the elbow and Erik's entire legs. As the vibrations quickened the heat would ultimately melt and burn those limbs away. The molten rock would cover the wounds from blood leaving the body quickly. ".....that presence....." Unknown would finally press his hand onto Erik's heart feeling it beat slowly the third eye would blast a beam of energy straight threw as blood would ooze from the mouth and chest. Unknown would drive his hand away from Erik's now dead body and filled a testing tub with a crimson liquid and it floated into Unknown's pouch. Yet As the beam of energy from Unknown's hand shot through Erik's heart his clothing that was burnt revealed a strange crystal. Curious Unknown would deform it in half splitting it completely. Placing it in his pocket he looked around the presence was unwelcoming indeed. From just a about 4 feet away stood the hammer Erik used during the battle. Lifting his hand telekinesis would envelope around the hammer and swing into his hand. It's 500 pound didn't even affect Unknown in anyway from distorting it's weight. "Who's there..." Unknown would speak as Erik would be now consumed in ice.

((Have no idea who vegeta is but...with such memories within Erik and a conspiracy like past with Gig even through clones and how you attacked Swamp village, and also being recruited for Gig's team. And the day Unknown first met Erik through a hologram "You'll taste real power soon" seeming there would be a fight between Unknown and Erik in the future and made Unknown believe Erik was bad?, and Erik showing up as a good guy. It to Unknown felt odd and he felt something like a treason(traitor) would happen which wouldn't be good. As soon as Erik was first shot with the heat from Unknown all the technology he had on him would suddenly turn into data and blip away. All that would remain is Erik's body. Erik's memories and mind had been constantly transferring to a computer to be saved in case of his death. These memories would be stored inside the McMillion space port for future use. As for Erik's crystal once it had been broken or tampered with it's power link would be shattered and the seal that held this power would be broken.

As the power seal was broke it would cause the crystal to send out violent waves of Psychokinesis energies that would first wipe out kinetic energy in the area giving this final blast enough time to blast out. Shortly following this the crystal would emit a sparking energy that would if touched by any other forms of energy or flesh or body instantly begin breaking it up molecule by molecule at a rate that was faster than regeneration could occur.

"Killing Erik was nothing more than child's play. If you think killing that traitor was going to slow me down think again." there voice would say echoing from all locations and multiple dimensions.

Erik's hammer which was made from Duranium was the only item that would remain behind. Back on the McMillion, Gerold was already making preparations to make a new Erik. One he would not allow to make the same mistake.

Unknown only needed to scan the crystal with his eye, and it instantly gave a blueprint of the crystals power and whatnot. This was done before Unknown tampered with the crystal. And since psychokinesis is the damn same thing as telekinesis. Unknown was mastered in the art of it. Unknown would clash his own kinesis pulses at the violent waves since telekinesis or in Gerold's mind psychokinesis which cannot cancel kinetic energy and if so....nothing would be able to move and such. So the violent waves would be ultimately crushed with Unknown's own attack. Since Unknown didn't touch the crystal with his hand or flesh it wouldn't break up and if so his distortion would void that from happening by warping it's properties easily. "Hm...how whimpy.....why make another for me to kill when you can just fight me now...."

((Well it didn't actually say anywhere that they were wiped, only transferred, also the fact that they were 'constantly transferring' means that it couldn't happen instantaneously, and so there would be a window of opportunity for the nanobots to collect at least a few memories. Also since memories are stored on neurons in the brain, its perfectly possible for the nanobots to take them.

plus didn't you like have mind jammers active, surely that would slow the transfer of your mind, mind being the key word here... >.>

One is how to create a feild that wipes the area of all energy based techniques like the one used here and with chizuni. And you will learn about the fake crystal unknown has and how it controls dark mattter and can make black holes.)
