Using the Library: Gaining Power

There are certain guidelines I would like to set out for Shrew's who learn Studys and Train here. (subject to change) (Effective from this date onwards):

1. One MUST have a Keizian/White Shrew/Guardian view all of your respective powers/abilities that you have gained after Studying, and from the Study that you learned.

2. A spar between the learner and the viewer is not necessary, but is encourged.

3. Shrew who takes on another Study is limited to 5 different aspects/abilities that they learn from the study. ((example: Taking on Chemisty: Learns to manipulate Fire, Water, Ice, Poison, and Chemical Fussion)). If they wish to learn more aspects they will have to revisit the Library again at a later date and Study more, and then have another viewer view what they have learned.

4. Shrews MUST stick to their rank as reference when learning new Studys/aspects. A Shrew rank shouldn't able to summon an army of undead numbering into the hundreds after just learning Necromancy, instead, they would be able to summon 1-5 undead soldiers at a time, as an example. Try and learn things which would be normally limited to your rank/isn't too overpowered for your rank.

5. The Study Lists created here are for reference. While you may use the various examples given on the list if they apply to you, DO NOT simply copy and paste everything. You must stick to a maximum of 5 things and they should be relatively your own ideas. In addition to this, you may use other people's lists as an example to get ideas of what you are going to learn, and although Shrews can ususally learn many of the same basic aspects to a study, DO NOT copy and paste off of someone else's list. This is both against the rules of this forum and against the point of being a Shrew, which is to have creative freedom in the various manipulations within your learned Studys.

6. Finally, HAVE FUN!!! And if you have questions, or aren't sure where to start, ask myself or another Shrew who will have some experience with the concept, and will know how to point you in the right direction. I know some of it can be confusing, but its really not hard to grasp if you try it out.
