*miles would knock at the door of lucius's office to meet with him about some pressing matters*

"It's open.."

It was always open. He wasn't the type of person to be closed off to others wishing to have a word. sure it was polite to knock, but not at all necessary. Lucius would be seen fiddling with various objects around the room, trying to make it look tidy. Nothing ever stayed in the same place in the same day afterall...

"lucius? have you heard of a man named "dr. sin?"

*miles would ask lucius with a serious tone*

"Afraid not."

He put whatever he was holding back down, sitting back in his chair that he was still unused to. It was way too.. comfortable. Though this did seem like something he should pay attention to, especially coming from another guild leader.

"Have a seat; who is this guy then?"

"he is a mad twisted scientist who does experiments on subjects willing or not and he may have vanished long ago but reading up on some war tactics chances are he could still be in escallsia bringing up at worst an army ready to strike. or just biding his time empowering himself with further experiments"

*miles would explain once sat down*

"Well then we should be on the lookout, eh? How big a threat is this, and what do you propose we do about it?"

He wanted to be as professional as possible; though he really wasn't used to being the one discussing how to handle such things.

"currently i am gathering a small number of people to assist in the matter and i have ozgood making bane weapons for the main forces. anyone you could have help out combat wise would be appreciated"

*miles would say leaning back in the chair*

He moved forward, resting his shoulders on his desk, a serious tone on his face.

"I'm honestly not too sure I can provide much. If he becomes a real threat to the guilds then I can handle it personally; but as you're probably aware, the guilds don't have nearly as much resources available as Nations. It's like asking a university to carry out the functions of the government."

"indeed but i simply wish for one or two powerful warriors i can count on to assist in the battle when or should i say IF the time comes"

*miles would say with also a serious look on his face not asking for much*

"Should they prove to be a genuine threat to us then yes, I will personally assist."

He leaned back again.

"I'm afraid that's all I can offer though."

"here this is a voice memo device i will alert you if help is needed. by the way how well can you take the cold and fire? i only ask because it seems Dr. Sin has gained some assistance from 5 hellish beings whom use fire and cold alot and my osmosis skin being tar like both of those could at minimum kill my osmosis skin limiting my abilities severely"
