NEED ADVICE!!!

ok im in deep s*** here and need some advice badly.

the problem here is a coworker who shall remain nameless is the quee of all inferno bitchy drama queens. and she aims to piss me off. now this one person i barely work with so theres no big trouble there but recently i accepted to take a s***load of shifts at another subway for 6 weeks, 5 shifts a week. the problem here is practically everybody is friends with (lets just nickname) crabby mcbitch pants so aka the whole store will if my prediction is correct try and piss me off and i am already close to just considering quitting.


any advice would REALLY be appreciated.


p.s. dont bother saying "dont let it bother you" its easier said than done

Well from what I know you should just say fuck you ect...but if that's to much then just tell the boss that she if pissing you the fuck off that's what I would do.

believe me i wish it was that simple but
a) i cant tell her "fuck off etc etc" because then i get fired for being rude
and
b) i did tell the manager and she just said that there will be people out there you wont get along with so do your best to avoid getting mad

If I may say something? Being overly cheerful and weirding people out (Well, that one co-worker, namely) is usually quite fun, and you can't really get nailed for it, can ya? As long as you're normal in front of customers, everything should go swell~ :3

WhY does she not like you ?

one shift long long ago i was head closer and she wasn't since she did not have a closing shift. yet she thought she was in charge. i ask her to do stuff for me directing tasks as my position is meant to do and she's mad im directing tasks... its my job! its not like im a trainee coming int "ok you do this you do this and you do taht while i do this"

should have knew that I mean if you are the one who tells her what to do then why cant she just do it and leave it at that ?

no fuckin clue all i know is she is a b***** drama queen that wants to make me mad.....bad idea for her safety physically considering i am rather strong for someone who works as a sandwhich artist and when angry wants to smash physical things

Why do people hold that against each other? It happened once, move on and dont dwell on it. Although I must say alot of women have trouble letting go of such things... which is why I dont like many women...

I tend to use the tactic of "You think youre better than me so you act like a bitch to me, so Ill act the same way to you and laugh at you for being a hoe" Its not insubordination or "being an asshole" if you do it right. Ignore her whenever she treats you like that... and make sure she doesnt know it pisses you off or that encourages her.

Just something Ive learned from many years of being the special target of people like that. Which is the other reason I dont like people like that. One of the few ways to make me not like you, actually.

yeah well i can do that best i can sometimes it will work but sometimes it won't and if that doesn't work i'd rather have a backup plan ready. i think i will use zennyth's as a backup.

btw this is similar to what the assistant manager told me
