Background Report:

Long, long ago, before the measurement of time through human inception. A vast village that flourished in its own wealth was constructed by the Kami(gods). They ordained this sacred place as the "Village Shrouded in the Valley of Wind". As such, it remained untouched for many thousands of years and even so to this day. To ensure the prosperity of this place, a sect of monks was organized to establish order in the land as well as to keep documentation of various encounters/ordeals the village would undergo and report it back to the Kami. The Kami saw the fruitfulness of their labor and decided to expand their reign across the unknown lands that were shrouded in darkness. To make sure each new village hence forth obtained the same success, a Kami or two was placed at the head of each new village. The Kami responsible for the Valley of Wind were Raijin and Fuujin; the gods of lightning and wind respectively.
The Kami's grand scheme required some mode of record keeping that would be self-sufficient to scout different areas of darkness for the settlement of their establishments. The monks from the Valley of wind would go on to create an entity that would literally defy the technology of the time. They created humanoid robotic scouts alongside their divine rulers to accomplish the task at hand. These scouts, known as Kami Representatives, recorded their findings as they traveled across the vast lands and oceans. They would easily defy time and go on to function as long as the Kami contributed to the cause. Each representative was branded with the Seal of their village ruling Kami. The seal would be the source of their power and intellect. Thus the induction of the very first Kami Representative, Susanoo. At the time he was known as Meijinhada. Meijinhada received the proper training to sustain a living while he traveled abroad an was thus required to learn various martial arts and mystical techniques to defend himself.
Among his huge repertoire of techniques, Susanoo has the natural ability to control air/wind, sound, and electricity flawlessly. He has limited ability in earth manipulation and has several summoning techniques. Due to the way in which he was created, an atmosphere of a mere three meters protects him in an airless environment. The range of this "invisible sphere" is fully adjustable but is default at 3 meters at all times. His kekkei genkai just so happens to be his life blood too, quite literally whats keeping him in operation. Named Grand Artistry due to its unique properties, its nothing more than ink and paint that flows through Susanoo's veins. However its quite poisonous to others in that it won't physically harm you unless willed but rather forces one to harm themselves should they attempt to attack Susanoo. The larger the attack, the larger the damage done to one's self.
