| This will be a new nation residing in space above the Frozen Mountain. It is planned to be 2 colonies with stuff inside each of them. It is a proposal.
Neo E.A.S.T. will focus around technology and space faring stuff.
there will be a small village added to the peak of the frozen mountain which will be the gateway to getting to the Neo E.A.S.T. Empire's Colony. The city will have a giant immense elevator that will lead into space and connect to a docking station. That docking station will house transport ships which will take you to one of the two colonies.
The first colony will be a immense city, with housing, offices, commercial stuff. military ports and industrial. the General home, and all major things will be here including the Ranking Dome.
the second will be Agricultural and will have lakes, swamps, rivers, forests, jungles, training areas, resorts, Pokemon Colosseum where tournament will be held. This will also feature varying types of pokemon.
