Reconnaissance

*A bolt of lightning would fall to the ground, as I appeared where it had struck, looking around for the thing that I had spotted while zooming around in the storm overhead. Rain started to fall all around, as I continued to look around. I know I had seen something, but where was it?*

*There would be a small sound, and some movement to the side of Falx, as a single Rith appeared from behind some rocks, looking around. Possibly what Falx saw*

*The moment I saw what it was, and recognized it, there would be a flash of light, as lightning shot from both myself and the sky, as also snow and ice flew up around the Rith, trying to hit, confuse, and hurt it as much as possible before the lightning hit it*

Must be close....

*Being that the Rith was not really on guard, but just looking around, it would be totally caught by surprise, and would start hissing as the ice and snow flew up around it. The lightning would also find its mark, as it hit the Rith head on from both above and from the side. Being there was no Shaddow around it to shield it, it would fall over from the attacks, and puff into a small cloud of Shaddow, before that also vanished*

*I would vanish and reappear near the spot where the Rith had been destroyed, as I looked around the area, looking for clues, and trying to track where it had come from. The Shrewish Raikogan activated, as I saw a few foot prints in the snow, but those ran dead a few yards out. There seemed to be nothing else here. I quickly touched the ground, as a huge tree grew up out of the tundra ground, as I then vanished, and appeared at its top limbs, using the sight of the Raikogan to cast around the entire area for miles. As the Raikogan could see even the tinest of details, I would probably see something, if there was any more of those things, as I could see for miles around*

*As Falx peered around, he would spot a very large opening in a cliff face that would lead into a large cave. At the mouth of the cave were two Riths, as though standing guard*

Nice....

*I would clap my hands together, as the Storm that I had created and had traveled with would encompass the entire area. Suddenly, snow in the amounts of a blizzard began to blow around, totally covering the area that the Riths were in. This would bring the visibility down to about zero, as I then transformed myself into lightning, as I shot into the clouds. A few seconds later, lightning would shoot down, as it touched down not to far from the Riths, but not close enough to warn them someone was there. I had figured that the bigger monster thing was inside, and that by killing these two, I would have alerted him. SO, best to go with sneaky. Using my blurring speed, I vanish through the snow, as I then reappear within the cave, looking at the Riths. The roar of the snow fall and wind would be enough to cover the sound of construction, so there was no way they could have heard me enter. So, with that comforting me, I would then casually walk through the cave, down into the darkness, my Raikogan wide open for anything that could possibly be the monster or the missing Shrew*

Overtop the mountain a ship began to form from a deep purple portal. The ship was identical to the General's Faith of Heart. It was after all the one the Faith of Heart was built after.

The ship floated in the sky. It suddenly cloaked and raised all its barriers making it nearly invicible. King Erik walked from the bridge and headed down to the mech bay where he looked out the rear of the ship overlooking the mountain. He was here observing the shadow energy he felt as well as the lighting surge his ship had detected.

From the ground if the ship had been seen anyone woulld merely think it was the General's ship floating up there. He felt the energy of two Rift's and looked down onto that location. He reached onto his back and drew the Miller WarHammer just incase.

Kristi his loyal ship mate and wife was onboard the bridge sending him updates on the location of where the General's ship had last come out of slip stream.

"First I observe this new land then I make my move" he said setting the Miller WarHammer on the steel ship floor beside him.

All around him the usual bustle of the W.EST.E.R.N people working hard to repair the mech and planes lost in the tuinneling to this time era was happing.

"You won't escape that easily, Bill" he said refering directly to the General by using his real name.

He send out s short wave of data into the General's data stream then closed it just giving the General enough time to know he was there.

*A many yards away, a bat would be searching for insects, as then suddenly, it changed direction. Its eyes flashed a dull purple, as it flew around, nearing the cave, and looking down at the Riths. It then would zoom around, spotting Erik, as it then disappeared into the cave, not making a sound while doing any of this*

Erik's ship went slip stream it came out of the stream on the dark side of Escellsia's 2nd moon. There it stayed masked from anything that could not track anything through an abject that big. the General in the meeting hall would regain everything.
