Midnight snack

All too familiar. He caught it between two fingers without even looking, gave it a kiss on the handle, and threw it back in the direction it came from, just as accurately as it had been thrown.

"Hello. Alyss..it has been a while since we have last talked."

He waved at her nonchalantly, only acknowledging her as much as she ever did. Had to keep things balanced after all.

She said, striding over to the coffee machine. She hoped Cassius didn't mind that she would be taking some. Pouring herself a cup she took a seat next to Cassius, giving him a soft smile...he was growing to be those cute foreign type of guy. Alyss chuckled and poured into some sugar. Realizing there wasn't any milk she gracefully went in the fridge to grab it.
