A Field Trip: Maybe Unlocking my Bankai too...?

*A portal would appear, as I stepped through it and waited for Abari*

(-Abari would walk out of the portal and look around at the area there in-) "This world never cease to amaze me."

Me too.... *I would say, as I took out Kykkoi, and looked around. There should have been a member around here somewhere, since I didn't know how to unlock Bankai, I sure wanted to know* Maybe you can work on your Kiddo and Shikai....and if someone shows up, you can help me test out Bankai...if I can learn it....

"Bankai..?"

A seemingly older Order member would enter the room, coming at the sound of that word. Though since he was dressed in the same thing as every other member of the Order, his age was still questionable.

"My boy.. Even for one of your status, Bankai is nothing to be taken lightly.."

*I would turn at the sight of the member* Ah, there you are....and yes, I've seen others use its capabilities....usually to my own injury.... *I would think back to the times when I became a punching bag for those I had fought on vescrutia who had unleashed Bankai on me* However, that doesn't stop me from wanting to unlock it and master it.... *I would say, continuing to look at the member, as my tail whipped Kyokkai around behind me, careful not to hurt Abari though*

(-Abari would look at the older guy and back at Ezekiel. Although he knows That bankai is the strongest arsenal that a shinigami could have in there arsenal, he wondered why he knows of this. And who was the guy who taught him to be a soul reaper in the first place*

Noting Abari in the background, the Order member realized that he wasn't registered in their database as one who'd received his Shinigami abilities from the Order. No matter, he'd get to him later.

"Well then.. first we'll have to see how experienced you are with Shikai.."

He pulled out his own Zanpakuto from under his robes, already unsheathed and ready to go. He then spoke to Abari, indirectly.

"Younger one, if you wish, you may observe this and enhance your own skills from what you learn."

"Cool then." (-Abari would limp over towards a random side of the building as he looked onward at the battle-)

*I would nod, as I spoke* Kyokkai: Submit! *With that, Kyokkai would transform into Shikai state, as my body was then transformed into Distortion Energy as it usually was. I would then vanish, as I reappeared directly beside the man, engaging him with a multitude of slashes with Kyokkai, as also many arms holding blades shaped like Kyokkai but both made of Distortion Energy would shoot from different parts of my body, also slashing at the man*

The man would step forward and turn around gracefully, waving his blade in such a fashion to defend every blade that attempted to stab him. Underneath his hood, two light blue eyes would glow slightly.

*As the blades of Distortion energy would be deflected, as well as Kyokkai the real blade, I would allow some of the Distortion Energy to be chopped off the blades, as it fell to the ground. I would then step back after the last parry was made, as a large beam of pure Distortion Energy would be emitted from every part of me, trying to hit the man, and basically totally maim him. As this happened, the bits of Distortion energy from the chopped blades would suddenly grow, as it whipped around the mans legs, trying to maim them too, and keep him from moving*

He held the blade in front of him and made a small motion, encasing then energy in Ice. As the two energy sources were of Reiatsu as all Zanpakutos should be (hint :3), the ice would easily stop their motion. He held the blade out to his side, awaiting another oncoming attack..

*As the beam was changed to ice, it would also start to deteriorate the ice away as some of it would be left inside, and thus as Distortion energy, being part of Reiatsu or not, had the capability to distort anything else, the ice wouldn't last long. However, I wouldn't worry about it much longer, as I suddenly became an simply aura of Distortion Energy, as it vanished and reappeared in 5 spots all around the man. As this happened, each one would change into me, as each one wielded a Kyokkai. As to which was real, it was almost impossible to tell. As they then appeared, each one would become another flash of motion, as each one aimed several slashes towards the man, as they came from every direction, every possibly blind spot*

"Sit upon the frozen heavens.."

A sphere of ice would form around the man just as the slashes came, hard enough to deflect most energies and physical forces. As they hit, the ice would expand rapidly from everywhere Ezekiel made contact, with intent to freeze solid those that actually did hit.

"..Hyōrinmaru."

Behind the man would be a blue dragon of ice, his sword having changed slightly with a crescent-blade hanging off the end of its hilt.


((Yes, I know it's direct quote. It's the best way for Order members to use Zanpakuto abilities without biting people with originals.))

*As the freezing came, the various clones of myself, since that's what they were, would suddenly explode, sending hundreds of bullets towards the blasts, and with its distortion properties, make the frostiness all around weaker, and also trying to hit the man, although that was doubtful. I would meanwhile be hiding on the ceiling, having reduced myself to a tiny aura which would go unnoticeable with all that was going on below. Kyokkai would be also hidden, as I focused on the man, wondering about these ice abilities. Wondering if this would be of any use really, but a kind of plan formed, as suddenly, Kyokkai went flying, silently towards the man, aimed directly for the top of his head, a apparent blind spot that I had missed before. Small bits of Distortion energy rippled across its blade as it shot down at rapid speeds, yet still however, without any sound, so that it would be very hard to notice it, since all the bullets were much more noisy and not to mention, threatening*

The ice from Hyōrinmaru was the very essence of cold; to try and make it less "frosty" was like trying to make water less wet. Therefore, it deflected all the bullets, sending them flying to nearby walls and possibly Ezekiel himself too. While the Order member wouldn't see or detect Ezekiel coming, the dragon of Hyōrinmaru would, and he would immediately move to counteract him, extending his neck so that he could bite down at Ezekiel.

*Since the bullets were Distortion Energy, they wouldn't be aimed at making the ice less cold, but maybe changing its reality, in fact aiming to change whether it was in fact ice at all, but instead changing it into a hazy mist instead when hitting it. However, some would be deflected off, and thus hitting anything else, distorting it, and making it....well, not itself.

As the dragon then went to bite me, it wasn't even me there, but instead the sword Kyokkai, my Zanpakuto, which was being shot towards the man's head. Since the sword was a much small target then I would be for the dragon, it would slip through, as when the dragon came at it, Distortion energy would suddenly rocket silently off the blade, pushing the dragons jaws away from the blade, and allowing it continue, silently, towards the man*

Since Hyorinmaru moved, the Order member would immedieately move his head to see what he was moving for. Seeing the blade come down now, he swung his own to hit it and make it land in the ground. He stepped in its hilt then, driving it further into the ground and using his own massive Reiatsu to overwhelm that of Ezekiel's or the blade's. Ezekiel would be weaponless now.

Ah, just where I wanted him.... *I would think to myself, as suddenly, the Distortion Energy that was still rippling across the blade would suddenly explode underground, and also from under the man, since it was distortion energy, it would also be shot up towards the man and also with large chunks of the floor. As this happened, I would resume a large aura shape, as I shot down from the ceiling, creating hundreds of Distortion Energy needles, and many blades, that would all swoop down towards the man, causing him to be hit from both below and above. The explosion would also be enough to send Kyokkai upwards again, as some of the Distortion energy grabbed it, as all the blades and needles sailed downwards*

He leapt as the detonation hit, Hyorinmaru sweeping under him to absorb the shock. He landed back in the place he was when he started the fight with Ezekiel. He held his hand up and open, signaling Ezekiel to stop his assault, and sealed Hyorinmaru, sheathing the Zanpakuto.

"Alright, that's enough.."

*As the man called halt, the Distortion energy would all assume my shape back on the ground, as Kyokkai then transformed back into its original sealed form, as my body returned back to normal. I would then sheath Kyokkai, as I looked at the man, wondering why he wasn't out there with the rest of society, he could have whooped a few of the people whom needed it. However, I would just stay silent, as I waited for the man's decision, silently, and only my tail making any motion now, as it flicked back and forth*

He stood still for a while, cold stare beaming from his hood. He seemed to be studying Ezekiel now, tracing his energy down to its core.

"Bankai is nothing short of incredibly difficult, and requires a long road to attain. You'll find that it will be much more difficult than the process of your peers of the world you lived in previously. Yet, this will only serve to better refine your skills in the end. Are you prepared, Ezekiel?"

ummhmmm....yep, quite prepared... *I would say, in a bored voice, as I continued to stand there and wait*

The Order member sighed, noting Ezekiel's impatience. It'd be hard for him if he didn't start taking this seriously.

"The first task of attaining Bankai, is to be able to materialize the Zanpakuto's spirit in the real world."

This would be a very hard task, yet he;d see how Ezekiel sufficed with it.

Hum....I see....well, I better get to it then... *I would say, as I then sat on the floor, Kyokkai laying out in front of me, as I closed my eyes. Reiatsu began to fill and surround me as I meditated. I was connecting to Kyokkai now, fully, and more than I had ever been. As I did so, Reiatsu continued to flow around me, as I then continued knowing this might take a while....a long while*
