Ayaka and Mayumi's Quarters

May stumbled into the room, feeling terribly tired. Lucifer was right there beside her, casting their vision about the room to give Mayumi a good idea of what was there.

May flopped onto one of the beds, much too weary to do much else. Her eyes slid shut as Lucifer's did. He curled up next to her, and within a few seconds, both were fast asleep.

Ayaka walked in, heaving a few bags of crap on her back. She dropped them down with a thud, wiping her hands. She thern procceeded to chuck them outside the window- they were only stones anyway. Train always~! Smiling, she turned around, and stopped dead.

What she saw made her smile. May and Lucifer... All curled up.... She scowled. She wanted to be part of it too... Walking up near the bed, she patted May's head gently. "Sleep well, Truth-Seer. It seems now its my turn to take care of you...~"

May's eyes twitched behind her closed lids, moving as her memories did. A whirling mass of memories were her dreams... She certainly had enough of them. In combination to the ones she had gained by the blood of both Ayaka and Lukas, she had also pulled memories from other people as well.
Lucifer's little paws twitched, caught in some sort of cat dream.
A twitch of a smile appeared upon Mayumi's features as a pressence settled into the room. Not evil. In fact, it was very familiar.
Shadowfyre had come back to see May.

~Time Skip~

Quite a while later, Mayumi was lying on her bed, Lucifer curled up on her stomach. She patted his head while staring blindly up at the ceiling. She could sense shadows from the objects around her, but she still couldn't see.
In a swirl of fire and shadow, a dragon graced Mayumi with her presence, careful not to burn anything. The black-scaled Shadowfyre was now standing infront of May.

Extending her Kekkai Genkai-given sight to her cat, Lucifer allowed Mayumi to see the dragon. Tears of happiness appeared at the corner of each of her eyes. "Shadowfyre..." She whispered, reaching out to stroke the scales that covered her dragon's cheeks. A smile played across her lips. "You came..."

"Of course, Truth-Seer." Shadowfyre let out a deep, thrumming purr-like sound, then stopped after a minute. "You must try to go back. For everyone's sake... Namely Grave's. You have been here for so long, child."

"How...?" Mayumi whispered, sitting up, sending a disgruntled Lucifer unhappily to the end of the bed.

"Simple. Shadow-warp."

"But Shadowfyre..."

"No. I am confident that you can. Now; try."

Mayumi closed her eyes, trying to remember what it was that had allowed her to warp herself back from that weird dimention both herself and Sadako were trapped in not too long before. She felt the shadows around her, then reached out with her mind to the shadows that would be surrounding the Chaotic Palace back in Vescrutia. She could feel the energy drain already.

Visuallizing the shadows from both locations meld into one, then shadows at both places began to leap and dance, crackling with a tremendous amount of chakra.

She let herself be picked up by her dragon and placed on the beast's back, scooping up Lucifer in her arms. Together, the three walked to the nearest shadow, and in an explosion of light accompanied by a sonic boom, they were gone.

Ayaka ran in, a large grin on her face.

"HEY MAY GUESS WHAT I'M--" but the grin faded as she cut her own sentence short, large eyes trailing around the room.

There was no one there, and by the smell of it, no one had been there for awhile. Voice shaky, Ayaka called out again.

"May?" she said in a feeble tone, very, very different from the Ayaka people where used to.

Eyes wide, Ayaka turned tail, running for the quickest way outside. She needed to be outside, needed to find Mayumi. Mayumi, Mayumi... Where was she?
