Ok, I was looking at my note for my book, and noticed that I only had 14 Studys on here, so I added the other one that I was missing.

It mentions Anneptis, which are like familiars to the Shrews. They are shape shifters, whose true form is a magical beast of some sort, like a dragon, or Phoenix, etc. They also have a human form. Anneptis also have 5 eyes. Each eye is a different color, and each one represents a different power that they wield.

Eyes:
Golden: Necomancy

Purple: Teliology

Blue: Meteorology

Red: Geology

Green: Biology.

You can only form a bond with an Anneptis if you have mastered Animaliology, since that is the basses of the Philosophy.

Ey, if you like the bottom one best then let's go with it~ Also, maybe in the interest of power capping we have each familiar only able to use one or two Studies? Unless I'm being too finnicky.

Um, yes thats fine....otherwise we could have then have the same number as the person has up to five of course....so it developes the eyes by how many of the Studys the individual has.....Im just suggesting it this way because the Anneptis are suppose to have the same mortality as a Shrew, and they are also suppose to be power in and of themselves. The eyes of an Anneptis are artifacts in and of themselves....if thats alright with you.....

One last thing; you want it to be a Village, a City, a Province, State, Empire...? What do you want Kiez to be called formally is what I'm asking I guess o.o

Keiz will funtion as a.....well whats the difference between them....I mean if I was to pick a Province, would it make any difference as apposed to an Empire...?

I guess not; all that would matter in the name is the system of government it runs with. If the leader is an emperor then it's an Empire, if the leader's a Kage then it's a Village, etc.

Ok, what/who would rule a province....?

I was going to say something like a Sheriff or a Mayor...but I don't know if I'm right.

I was going to say a Chancellor, or a minister.....but I wasn't sure either, hense the question....xD...

A chancellor runs a republic generally... I think. A minister runs a particualr branch of government? Like Prime Minister = Sec of State. Not so sure what would run a province, but I think Alyss is on the right track.
