Taz wants a test~

*Taz walks onto the cliff, and awaits a proctor. She just wants to see where she stands, not expecting anything more.*

A tall figure donned in armor and a full helmet stepped onto the cliff, halting in front of the rankee and thrusting his claymore into the ground in front of him. He stood still, awaiting to be addressed by the young girl.

Taz stared at the figure for a long moment, before raising a hand up in the air, in a carefree sort of way that was classic of Taz, and shouting "Hiya! How ya doin? Care to have a little spar so I can test my skills?"

She hoped she wasnt too brazen and... outgoing? towards this stranger, cause she didnt want to creep him out at all... He looked a bit stiff and formal in that armor of his.

The figure would say nothing, but he picked up his blade and began to slowly walk towards Taz, each footstep making an audible clank, shaking the ground and echoing though the place. When he was right up close to her, he stood still once again, tall against her figure.

"Cold and silent type, eh? Alright then, Ill skip the introductions." Being the blindly bold person she was, Taz would charge for the stranger, then swing around to her left and attempt to sliding kick him.

((1. Im reeeeally rusty at this. So it might take a few moves for me to get the feel of how she fights again. 2. I feel like Kanda fighting Victorio, only Allen, not Kanda.))

The man would be taken off guard, and was knocked off of his feet as he fell on his bottom, looking up at her.

"A-ah, so you're not easily intimidated! Alright then..."

He sprung back up on his feet, despite the enormous weight of his armor, grabbing his claymore and lunging at her head-on.

She would stare at him, as he fell to the ground, as she hadnt expected that to actually work that easily. When he spoke, her jaw dropped, cause shed kinda assumed he just didnt talk either. As he sprung up through, she regained her normal thinking quickly and pushed up on her hands to kick him hopefully in the chest as he began to reach the ground.

He positioned his massive blade to collide with her feet, sharp end extended. Regardless of the outcome however, after the clash he would lose his footing, plummeting back to the ground with a shout and a massive -thump-.

As his sword extended towards her feet, quick-witted Taz would spread her feet out ever so slightly... As to attempt to grab his sword between her feet.

If she did have hold of the sword, she would, while applying enough pressure to the blade to hold it, slide one of ther feet under the blade to enhance her grip. She then spun around rapidly, hoping to strip the man of his large sword. If she succeeded in this too, she would flip around to land on her feet, the sword in her hands, as she tried to stiffle a chuckle at the tough-looking man on the ground.

If she failed at grabbing the sword, she would simply position her feet to push off against it ever-so-slightly so as not to cause her feet any damage from the heavy weapon. She would spin around on her hands, and flip down, before swing kicking the man on the ground.

She would succeed in clinging herself to his blade, but not quite in disarming him. As he fell the blade was still in his hand, swinging madly as he did so. If she were still attached after that, he would quickly raise himself and plunge it back into the ground, giving her a hard kick to get off. If not, then he would simply rise and stand still once more.

She would hold onto the blade with her feet, and trusting her grip, release her hands from soild ground. As he fell, swingling the sword around, she would use the weight of the swings to both attempt two things. On the downswing, she would attempt to knock the sword from his hands using the aid of gravity, and on the upswing, swing up towards him. As she began to loosen her grip on the sword, she pushed off forcefully against his armor, and on the next upswing, push her feet against the blade to hopefully try and direct it toward the mans helmet as he fell to the ground.

If all this failed, which of course it may, she would release the sword as he brought it near the ground, swinging herself back around and out of the way of the blade.

"Come now girl, show me some strength!"

He lunged forth once again, but swung short of actually hitting her. Instead he struck the ground in front of him, manifesting three consecutive waves of earth in front of him, consisting of dirt and larger rocks, flying towards her at near-bullet-like speeds. The radius of the strike was fairly sizable as well.

"Brains not enough for a tough guy like you~?" She would stick her tougue out at him, teasing slightly.

She would look slightly startled as large chunks of earth came hurling at her, but she would quickly channel chakra into her hands and though the ground and make a large earth wall rise in front of her to hopefully try and block the chunks of rock and such flying her way. She would then send wind chakra to her feet and bounce over the wall. She would bounce lightly off the chunks of earth that flew towards the wall, almost floating. She would then attempt to land on either his sword or his hand (assuming his hand can support her weight since the swords really heavy anyway), outstretch an arm towards his neck, and swinging a leg up to high kick him in the head.

As she landed on his arm, he would instinctively throw his head forward to headbutt her, hopefully in her head as well. Should the blow connect, his blade would begin to faintly glow a dark red color...

As his head came nearer to hers, she would instant flash a fist to his face, hopefully hitting him squarely between the eyes with her fist. It was sure to startle the heck out of him in the least. Of course, she wouldnt have thought about the helmet he was wearing before hand, so she was bound to hurt herself in the process. Still, her punch should have enough force to hopefully dent the helmet alittle.

Should she miss, she would dodge her head to the side, so he wouldnt hit her, and then swing her arm back towards him, aiming to elbow him in the back of the head. She would try and aim under the helmet and hit the hopefully bare back of his neck.

The helmet would suffer a small dent, but most of the force from the impact would be shot right back to her hand in the form of pain. The knight fell back out of surprise, as expected, but the result in his blade was still the same. It began glowing faintly where it was planted in the ground..

She shook her hand out for a moment, trying to ease the pain shooting though it. She had a hard look on her face by now, as she was trying to concentrate and ignore it. Being the solid woman she was, Taz would refuse to let such a thing stop her for long.

After a moment or so, she would jump off the knights arm as he stumbled backwords, but catch it again with her hands and swing up to try and kick him under the chin, where hopefully the helmet wouldnt protect him as much. Her grip would slip shortly afterwords and she would tumble to the ground, grunting slightly.

It was then that she noticed his large sword was glowing. She watched it intently, not knowing what it could mean..

He moved his hand towards his chin swiftly this time, anticipating that she'd make a second kick. If he grabbed her foot he would simply throw her off of him literally. If he didn't manage to grab it, then he would attempt to backhand her off oh him with a hard metal gauntlet..

He would grab her foot, and as he threw her off him, she would swing the other leg to try and kick him one last time before she got thrown.

She would attempt to roll upon hitting the ground (after being thrown off) but she would roll a little too late, and roll sloppily into... a rock (assuming theres rocks on a cliff since we are in the sandstone mountains or whatever). She would sit up and rub her neck, as it had taken most of the weight of her landing and was now a bit stiff. Her head pulsed slightly, and she remembered the throbbing pain in her hand. She winced as she struggled a bit to push through it and stand up again.

She stood up slowly, and looked towards the knight. Just now did she let the situation sink in. She felt like a little intimidated now, a feeling that made her rather uncomfortable. She took a deep breath, and took a slightly shaky stance while awaiting the knights move.

The knight's cleaver only glowed a brighter and more bloodshot red now, as he held it in his hand and walked forward to her. He pointed the blade to her, aimed for her chest, unwavering.

"This can't be all you have to show me.."

The blade seemed to hum a sinister tone while it was so close to her head..

Taz would grab the sword between both hands, seeing as it was this close to her, it would be hard to move such a large sword far enough away fast enough to prevent it. Her hands pressed firmly against both sides of the blade (top and bottom, not the blade itself), she rotates her hands rapidly, spinning the sword to its side, and attepting to shove the hilt forcefully into the knight, hopefully surprising him a bit, enough for her to aim a kick to his midsection. Since he was wearing armour, her foot would sting a bit afterwords, but she hoped it would still have done a little damage.. The wind would begin to pick up around them. At least she was fearless.

The knight needed to start seeing things coming... He failed to predict that she'd do something more, and ended up tumbling away and dropping his sword. He tumbled so far in fact, as his armor prevented him from regaining control easily, that he fell off the cliff - saved only by his hand holding on for dear life to the edge.

"If you want to pass this test the HELP ME"

As she watched the knight fall and tumble, she would laugh at the comedic nature of it all (comedic to her). As he fell off the cliff, and her jaw fell open, and she laughed one more time, before walking towards the cliff. Shed pick up his sword as she passed it, letting it rest on her shoulder. She stood at the end of the cliff, looking at the knight hanging over the edge.

"Hehe thats rather the predicament youve gotten yourself into there. You wouldnt by chance need ME to help YOU? Ill do it if you give me this sword of yours..."

Taz would place the sword in the ground behind her, and reach down using both hands to pull him back up again. Of course, she couldnt pull all his weight plus the armour, so hed need to aid her in the going-upwords part. She set him down on the edge of the cliff, on solid ground, and laid her hand on his large sword. She left it in the ground, a slightly sly grin begining to form on her face.

"So...Sir Knight..."

Panting through his helmet, the knight had had the thrill of his life just now. He was in no shape to continue fighting, and was frankly determined never to holda ranking exam in this place ever again. He stood up after a minute and pretty much completely ignored the question.

"5th Rank..."

He walked speedily off into the Covenant HQ again, leaving his sword with her. However he never bothered to tell her its properties, so she'd have to get it appraised...
